#66 - Asset Transfer does not create an interfaceClosed
When transferring an asset to another client. It recreates the asset but does not create the interface. |

Also we are going to move Transfer Asset to a Bulk Action. This will reduce the amount of repeating modals and queries to clients table., Hence reduce page size and loading time
