I think we should rename this to ticket followers instead of watchers as watcher implies they can only see but not reply, I think they should be able to reply too, as you suggested before.

Obviously with the option to un-follow as a link in the email for the followers only.

Not against renaming, but not sure that "follower" implies they can actually reply either.

This would break other suggestions to have them included as a CC instead, which does make sense (one from Digibandit, I believe).
