#108 - Optional Link Invoice to Recurring InvoiceClosed

In the invoice notification email if an invoice is related to a recurring invoice and it’s not set up for auto pay present the option to set it up via a link.

Added the Invoice_recurring_invoice_id field to invoices

We now allow setting this up via the portal (25.05), is this necessary?
